GenAI & Cloud Solution Engineer

We are looking for a GenAI & Cloud Solution Engineer to join our engineering team and deliver generative AI solutions for international enterprise projects. Your Role: As a GenAI & Cloud Solution Engineer , you will design, build and integrate generative AI solutions in an enterprise environment. You will work on full‑stack GenAI applications , AI agents and cloud infrastructure , helping turn innovative concepts into production‑ready solutions. Your Responsibilities: Develop and integrate generative AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry and AWS Bedrock Design and implement full‑stack GenAI solutions (frontend & backend) Build AI agents and connectors to various data sources (e.g. via MCP servers ) Apply and optimise prompt engineering techniques for enterprise use cases Design and develop databases as part of GenAI implementations Set up and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test and deployment processes Support the setup, management and scaling of cloud infrastructures using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Develop software solutions using Java , Python and/or C# Use and optimise VibeCoding tools , e.g. GitHub Copilot Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an agile environment Your Profile: Extensive experience with Azure AI Foundry and AWS Bedrock in the development and integration of generative AI solutions Proven project experience in GenAI projects within an enterprise environment , ideally from concept to production Hands‑on experience with full‑stack GenAI solutions (frontend & backend) Experience in creating AI agents , including connectors to various data sources Strong expertise in prompt engineering Experience in database development for GenAI use cases Proficiency with GitLab and setting up CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of setting up, managing and scaling cloud infrastructures as well as IaC Practical experience in software development with Java , Python and/or C# Experience in using and optimising GitHub Copilot or similar tools Team‑oriented and agile way of working, with strong communication skills in cross‑functional teams Fluent in English (German is a plus) Benefits: B2B or employment contract Working with latest technologies Industry‑leading healthcare and comprehensive medical coverage ( Luxmed ) Opportunities to enhance your qualifications Customizable 1‑on‑1 English or German lessons Modern computer equipment Opportunities to network and connect (get‑togethers, team‑building events) Employee referral programme Flexible working schedule Location: Rzeszów , with the flexibility to work 100% remotely or combine office presence with home office - your choice.
